The suite I stayed in was absolutely fantastic! The large lounge area with a comfy sofa made it feel like a home away from home. The high-end amenities and spacious layout really made my stay extra special.

I personally found the TV channels to be a bit limited. But hey, some people might not even notice!

Although the room layout was odd, the service more than made up for it. The location was perfect, close to underground stations and very peaceful at night. The attentive concierge even helped with birthday surprises. Overall, the experience was exceptional.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic, always helpful and made sure I had everything I needed; from check-in to helping me with transportation to the airport - they were brill! The room was spotless every day, and the breakfast was cooked to perfection, yum! The only thing was the coffee machine got a bit overwhelmed, but they offered jugs of coffee instead; not a biggie but worth mentioning. Overall, had a fab time and definitely coming back again! 🌟

Guys, the king size bed with a view of the thames in the room was amazing! the soggy hash browns at breakfast were a bummer. But overall, the nice river view made my stay memorable! 🌊

Arrived early and our room was ready, fantastic. The room was super clean and well set out. The bed provided a great night's sleep. The staff were helpful and cheerful. The hotel's steakhouse was a delight, offering high-quality food and drink at reasonable prices. The location was perfect, with Buckingham Palace and Big Ben nearby.

The steakhouse restaurant was expensive and didn't offer enough options for vegetarians or those with dairy intolerances. there was building work going on next to the hotel, an eyesore and not disclosed before our arrival.

Choosing to stay at this hotel was a great decision. The location is perfect, being very close to public transport, especially Pimlico station. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and everything working as it should. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The gym equipment is outdated and could use an upgrade.

The hotel had beautiful decor and the rooms were a great size. I especially loved the comfortable beds and the sliding door separating the sleeping quarters from the changing areas. The location was fantastic, with easy access to taxis and a nearby tube station. there was a convenience store within walking distance for snacks and drinks.

There were a few downsides to my stay. there were some issues with cleanliness, with dust on the floors and furniture not being properly cleaned.

I recently stayed at the Curio Collection in Central London for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's lobby, bar, and breakfast restaurant areas were all spacious and beautifully refurbished. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and spacious, making great use of the available space. I particularly loved the huge TV and fabulous shower. The hotel also offered free takeaway coffee each morning, and the breakfast buffet had delicious options and great coffee machines. The location was excellent, and the staff were really welcoming, accommodating our young children perfectly.

However, there was a slight discomforting incident during my stay where cleaners and another member of staff entered the room without warning, which could have been handled better.

I also loved the dining options available, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious meals and a welcome drink. The overall quality of the room, service, and facilities was reflected in the price, which I found very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff do not have the special touch of the few staff who have been at the hotel for several years and still remain providing a high level of service. However, this does not detract from the overall positive experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

Millbank Lounge, the impressive cocktail and tapas bar, with its special colors, offers a wide range of whiskies and mezze courses. The ambiance was enchanting, and the cocktails were as delightful as a sunset on a tropical beach. The bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the overall fantastic experience.

Staff kindly assisted my elderly parents during my first stay. The hotel provides Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a 24-hour reception, and a well-equipped fitness center. I love the bar/lounge area and the option for in-room breakfast. Coming back for Christmas!
